Holding Hands

You’re tired of pretending you’re okay when you’re not.

Mind & Sanity is a space for the people who overthink everything, feel too much, shut down when overwhelmed, and keep telling everyone they’re “fine.

The stuff people don’t really talk about

The overthinking that keeps you awake at night. Feeling emotionally exhausted but still pushing yourself through the day. Crying over things you can’t explain, feeling distant from people you care about, or pretending you’re okay because it feels easier than admitting you’re struggling.

Mind & Sanity is a space for the messy emotions, difficult seasons, and honest conversations so many of us carry quietly with support that feels human, not performative.

Where are you right now?

Choose the space that feels most like what you’re carrying.

Anxiety & overthinking

When your brain won’t slow down and every small thing feels massive.

Low mood & burnout

For the people who are mentally tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.

Grief & loss

Grief isn’t just losing people. Sometimes it’s losing versions of yourself too.

A place where you don’t have to pretend you’re coping perfectly

A space where you don’t have to explain everything.

You don’t need to have the “right words” here or explain exactly why you’re struggling. You don’t have to make your pain sound productive, turn every difficult moment into a lesson, or pretend you’re coping better than you are. This is simply a space to feel understood, supported, and a little less alone in what you’re carrying.

No pressure. No judgement. Just connection.

Why I created Mind & Sanity

Mind & Sanity was born from my own journey through anxiety, grief, and feeling alone.

For years, I carried worry, overthinking, and emotions I didn’t always know how to process, while navigating the uncertainty of watching my dad battle illness. After losing him, I realised just how isolating emotional pain can feel, even when you’re surrounded by people who care.

That experience showed me how heavy it can be to carry thoughts and feelings in silence. I created Mind & Sanity as a space for honest conversations, shared experiences, and support, so people can feel understood, connected, and less alone in what they’re carrying.
